Refund policy

If you need to cancel your order you should contact us immediately after placing the order, as our specialist products are often manufactured to order. Once we have started the dispatch procedure the order cannot be cancelled. 

This is a business to business website, it is not possible to accept returns, unless the product is faulty. If you experience a problem with any of our products please contact our technical services.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
