J R Biomedical Limited, founded in 2005, is a UK medical device development and commercialisation company, focussed on getting innovative concepts market-ready.

The company is ISO13485:2016 certified for the design, development and distribution of medical diagnostics. Our customers include UK universities, research institutions, pharmaceutical wholesalers, and retailers.

As well as providing commercialisation services to academics and university spin-out companies, developing new, innovative rapid tests and ELISA diagnostics, the company also distributes research and clinical diagnostics on behalf of European and US manufacturers including Demeditec Diagnostics GmbH, VEDALAB, MotilityCount ApS, and VivaChek Inc.

J R Biomedical is a member of the British In Vitro Diagnostics Association (BIVDA), MediWales, and the British Society for Immunology.
