sTLR2, sepsis and inflammation
Soluble Toll-like receptor 2 (sTLR2) is a functional biomarker of the innate immune system that is raised in the blood during the very early stages of sepsis, preceding procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP).
- A proprietary panel of monoclonal, polyclonal and antibody pairs specific for human sTLR2
- A UKCA certified rapid test for sTLR2, a known early functional biomarker for sepsis (UK Patent Application GB2502531.3)
- ELISA for the detection of human sTLR2 in plasma
